Retailers use social media to reach their shoppers in a multitude of ways. Their posts include promotions, coupon codes, photos of new products, gift suggestions, customer service, and more. With all of this activity, these retailers strive to connect their brand with customers, increase recognition, and get people excited about going to the store (online or on-location).
